Search for Common Ground Indonesia, Indika Foundation, Campaign, SeJuK, and the Solopos Institute implemented the “CREDIBLE” project under the Asia Religious & Ethnic Freedom award, funded by USAID. The goal of CREDIBLE (Supporting Youth and Credible Actor’s Initiative to Promote Religious Freedom) was to strengthen media editors’ and young social media influencers’ abilities to identify and combat hate speech, support religious freedom and human rights, and foster constructive dialogue. Additionally, the project tested out joint initiatives with young influencers to counter hate speech and disinformation driven by religion while promoting religious tolerance and human rights.
