The Establishment Clause is a clause in the US Constitution that places restrictions on the use of US Government funds to endorse or disparage any religion or belief. These restrictions apply to US Government-funded implementers. This training gives an overview of the Establishment Clause and how US Government-funded implementers can ensure their program activities are in compliance. It includes breakout exercises and a facilitator’s guide.
