Peace in Action: Empowering Peacebuilders in the Midst of Violence
The Mindanao Peacebuilding Institute Foundation, Inc. (MPI) will hold its 23rd Annual Peacebuilding Training from May 13 to 31, 2024. This year’s theme, Peace in Action: Empowering Peacebuilders in the Midst of Violence, sets the stage for an enriching experience at Mergrande Ocean Resort in Bago Aplaya, Talomo District, Davao City, Philippines. Take your peacebuilding journey to new heights through MPI’s Annual Peacebuilding Training.
The MPI 2024 Annual Peacebuilding Training will consist of 11 courses, four of which are Foundation Courses in Week 1 and six of which are Thematic, or more advanced courses, in Weeks 2 and 3. This year also sees the return of a Field-Based course in Week 3. Thirteen of MPI’s veteran facilitators from Asia-Pacific, Africa, Europe, and North America will be joining this year’s training, teaming up with four new-to-MPI facilitators from the Philippines.
