I’ve been thinking about how digital public services are designed to help citizens access important programs like social assistance, but many people still face challenges when they try to use them.

In some countries, especially in parts of Asia, a lot of citizens struggle to:
• find clear guidance on how to check eligibility for government support,
• understand why their information isn’t showing up in official systems,
• and navigate the requirements for things like national ID verification.

These difficulties don’t just affect access to support — they also influence trust in digital government systems and inclusion more broadly. I’d be very interested to hear from others in this community about how digital tools are impacting access to public services where you live or work.
