Change Starts Here: A Youth Guide to Anti-Corruption in Uzbekistan,” was developed within the scope of the #YoshXabardor: Youth Against Corruption project, implemented by Search for Common Ground in partnership with Yuksalish Movement and funded by the U.S. Department of State. The project builds practical skills among youth to strengthen youth–government collaboration in anti-corruption by deepening young people’s understanding of corruption, equipping them to detect and report corrupt practices, fostering engagement between target youth and national state entities on policy change, and reinforcing anti-corruption mechanisms. This guidebook reflects the project’s participatory, evidence-based approach and seeks to empower youth as agents of positive, lasting change in their communities.
