Q: Which devices can I use to access the DCS courses?
A: DCS courses work best on mobile app and desktop browser. Download EdApp mobile app on Android via Playstore or on iOS via App store. Then, open this course collection invite link which will redirect you on your device to complete registration.

Q: What information is needed for registration?
A. To register, you only need to enter your first name, last name, email ID and password. Please enter your name as you would like it appear on your course certificate.

Q: Can I use my existing account on Edapp to access DCS courses?
A. No, any old/existing accounts on EdApp will not have access to our course collection. Please create a new account on EdApp using this course collection invite link.

Q: I’m seeing an error during registration that “this user already exists”, what should I do?
A. The reason for the error could be that you are using an email ID which has already been registered on EdApp in the past. Any old/existing accounts on EdApp will not have access to our course collection unless registered via our invite link. Please create a new account on EdApp using this course collection invite link.

Q: Is there an invite code I can use for registration?
A. Yes, if you are asked to enter an invite code, please use BSYUSAVIMMM. Alternatively, you can go to the learner sign-up link and register using this invite code.

Q: I have already registered on EdApp using the invite link shared but I am unable to login again, what should I do?
A: In all the future attempts to log in post-registration:
– On mobile app: Simply open your EdApp mobile app (you should already be logged in) or enter your account credentials to log in again.
– On desktop: Open the learner login link and enter your e-mail and password used during registration.

Q: Will I get a certificate for the courses?
A: Yes, you will get a certificate for each course that you complete. Please ensure that you enter your first name and last name during registration as you would want to appear on your course certificate. If you skip the name fields, then the course certificate will display your registered email ID.
