مؤسسة رفد للتنمية الريفية (RFD) هي مؤسسة إنسانية غير حكومية غير ربحية مهمتها العمل مع الأشخاص الذين يعانون من الفقر والضيق لإحداث تغيير عادل وإيجابي. تم تسجيل RFD في عام 2013 في محافظة لحج على هيئة جمعية تنموية من مجموعة من الشباب وتم تحويلها الى كيان مؤسسي في العام 2022م.ويعمل بها حاليًا فريق يتمتع بخبرة مباشرة أيضًا في إدارة انشطة RFD. نفذت رفد بنجاح مجموعة متنوعة من المشاريع والبرامج بالتعاون مع شركائنا في هذا المجال ، ولا سيما في قطاعات الحماية وفض النزاعات وبناء السلام وبناء القدرات وفي القضايا المتعلقة بالمناخ والاستدامة البيئية.
تكرس RFD للعمل مع الفئات المستضعفة وحمايتهم في نطاقها الجغرافي من خلال سلسلة من المبادرات يتم تنفيذها مع الشركاء ويتم تطويرها بطريقة تشاركية واشراك المجتمعات في تصميم وتنفيذ ومراقبة الأنشطة.
تعمل RFD بشكل خاص مع النساء والأطفال والفئات المهمشة اجتماعياً في جميع أنحاء اليمن. تتمثل إحدى نقاط القوة الرئيسية لـ RFD كمؤسسة عملت ومنذ البداية بقيادات شبابية ، يمكن لـ RFD الاعتماد على شبكة واسعة من المتطوعين في محتلق أنحاء البلاد ، من أجل الوصول إلى أولئك الذين يصعب الوصول إليهم أثناء رصد

Rafd Foundation for Rural Development (RFD) is a non-governmental, non-profit humanitarian organization whose mission is to work with people experiencing poverty and hardship to bring about fair and positive change. RFD was registered in 2013 in Lahj Governorate as a developmental association by a group of young people and was transformed into an institutional entity in 2022. It currently employs a team with direct experience in managing RFD activities. RFD has successfully implemented a variety of projects and programs in collaboration with its partners, especially in the sectors of protection, conflict resolution, peacebuilding, capacity building, and issues related to climate and environmental sustainability.

RFD is dedicated to working with and protecting vulnerable groups within its geographic scope through a series of initiatives implemented with partners and developed in a participatory manner, involving communities in the design, implementation, and monitoring of activities.

RFD works specifically with women, children, and socially marginalized groups throughout Yemen. One of RFD’s main strengths as an organization that has operated from the beginning with youth leadership is that it can rely on a wide network of volunteers across the country to reach those who are hard to access while monitoring violations to achieve its objectives.
