Igweshi Augustine is a development practitioner with 5 years of experience in non-profit (NGO), leadership, and development. He is a global peace ambassador, and gender and human rights advocate     Igweshi currently serves as the Executive Director at the Center for Peace Advocacy and Sustainable Development (CEPASD) a youth-focused non-governmental organization engaging and building community and youth resilience in advocating and fostering Peace, UN sustainable development goals, AU Agenda 2063, leadership, and development across Africa. He is the co-founder of the African Transformer Institute ATI and CEO of Lead Gate Global     Igweshi has led various advocacy efforts, engaged in community and youth development and has contributed to various policy frameworks, and has been featured both on national and international platforms. Igweshi is the Convener Youth Model African Union, African Youth Peace Summit, Global Youth Dialogue on SDGs, Global Youth Movement Against Gender-based Violence, Global Youth Engagement Summit, African Youth Leadership Forum, Nigeria Youth Aspiration, and More     Igweshi is also a multi-award winner and the recipient of the 2021, 100 Most Influential Young People, Global Changemakers Awards, Top 50 Young African Icon Awards, Most Diligent Youth Awards, and many more     Igweshi serves on the advisory board of organizations
