Raphael ‘DJ Ruff’ Ndwiga is a 33 year old TV /Radio DJ and Social Media Influencer based in Nairobi Kenya. He has a Bachelors Degree in Economics and Statistics from The University of Nairobi (Class Of 2012).

Raphael has been an active DJ since the year 2010. He played at Truth FM in Nairobi from 2010 to 2013, became a TV Host and DJ at Kenya Broadcasting Corporation (KBC), 2015 – 2017, and Maisha Magic East, 2017 to present day.

He started Captain Entertainment in 2017 to mentor young DJs through Captain DJ Academy which shut down in 2020 due to the Covid pandemic. Captain Entertainment is keen on mentoring the youth through School Missions and Creative Events.

As a Covid-19 survivor, Raphael uses his considerable following on Social Media to share a message of hope.
