Kalinda Magloire

Kalinda Magloire is a chief operating officer and governance specialist with over 15 years of experience leading development projects in Haiti. A highly respected leader, Kalinda led MSI’s OTI Regional Programming Option in Haiti, where she is started a rapid grants program in response to the 2021 political crisis. She is an expert in contextual analysis during rapidly changing transition periods and joined the OTI Haiti Recovery Initiative in the immediate aftermath of the 2010 earthquake. There she identified, designed and implemented capacity building and institutional strengthening activities to ensure continuity of government services and provide relief to victims of gender-based violence (GBV). Later as DCOP, she oversaw the program’s $30 million grants pool supporting grantees in the areas of construction, civil engagement and media monitoring. Kalinda is also social entrepreneur with vast experience providing technical assistance to Haitian organizations in governance, gender, capacity building, community participation, monitoring and evaluation and strategic communications. She is a skilled operator in challenging, high-speed field environments and has also led teams in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Côte d’Ivoire. She’s currently a Technical Director in the Peace and Stability Practice at MSI. Kalinda holds master’s degrees in international development management and political science.

 

Jesús Coronado

Jesús Coronado has 22 years of experience working as advisor and team leader in good governance, evaluation and peace building projects in Colombia and Guatemala. Since 2015, Jesus is Director of the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning area of Colombia’s OTI Program, which in three phases has implemented more than 1200 rapid response activities in support of the implementation of the 2016 peace accord in the most armed conflict affected regions of the country. In this role, he has led the structuring of a MEL system which seizes in real time the learning acquired trough the evaluation or these activities for adapting strategically and operationally to the rapid changing context of Colombia’s political transition. Jesus holds a degree in International Relations and has postgraduate studies in Information and Communication technologies and international trade.
