A Youth-Led Webinar on FoRB for the Youth During Electoral Processes
Religion significantly influences voting behavior during elections. However, while this religious factor is central to the electoral process in many regions across the globe, there are still numerous contexts where its importance and implications have not been fully explored. With 2024 marking a critical year for elections, discussing this connection with pivotal electoral bodies such as the youth becomes essential. Bringing together young political speakers and activists from different countries, this youth-led webinar will emphasize the importance of Freedom of Religion or Belief (FoRB) for young people during elections, and how they can engage with the intersection of religiosity and democracy. Hosted in partnership with the FoRB Youth Working Group
