Hi everyone, very happy to discover this space.

I am from Israel and the UK.

I am a musician and have been actively involved in peace building and social cohesion for the past 25 years.

I co-founded the first Palestinian (from Gaza) Israeli band in 1998 and have worked in social cohesion and peace projects internationally since then.

As a musician I recognised many years ago that music and active engagement with music is a powerful tool to create safe spaces for communication and mutual respect.

Science has empirically proven that we are all musical humans.

The problem I faced was how to make it possible for all people to easily access making music without knowing how to play an instrument or feel confident to sing.

We created MindHarp a web based platform that allows anyone to immediately engage actively with music, as individuals or as a group. I use this tool all time and have seen some amazing outcomes.

Anyone can use this tool and it is FREE on our website

      http://www.mindharp.world

We are happy to support anyone in multiple ways to include this musical tool within your peace building efforts.

Anyone can facilitate and work with MindHarp

Really looking forward to learning from this group moving forward

      Mark
