You know the typical dividers/connectors or actor mapping exercise which is often part of a conflict analysis process? Where you map out dividers/connectors and actors on a cross (negative / positive / low influence/ high influence)? When you are in a very sensitive context how can you discuss the dividers or negative actors with an inclusive group of different community members, without causing massive disagreements + conflicts? This exercise is really a hard one.
