      Caste terror in Nepal

      Based on the Hindu system, the special feature of Nepal’s Judicial tradition is the criminalization of work and the meting out of punishment based on the caste system. The criminalization of Dalit community by using the case of cow-slaughter is a strong indication of the casteist judicial tradition.
